What You’ll Do
- Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on all new units quickly and accurately.
- Install accessories and upgrades according to manufacturer specifications.
- Communicate and coordinate with Service Consultants to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform quality control tests to guarantee every unit leaves the shop in perfect condition.
- Maintain safety standards and follow OHS best practices.
- Complete required training and certification programs to stay on top of your game.
What You Bring
- 1 years of experience as a Service Technician or in a similar technical/mechanical role.
- A passion for all things powersports — you love how they run and how they’re built.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
- A team-oriented attitude — ready to collaborate and contribute to a positive shop culture.
- A valid driver’s license (Driver’s Abstract required).
Bonus points for prior experience in automotive or powersports repair, or time spent as a Service Writer.
