Description
Go Powersports Limited is seeking a reliable and motivated Lot Technician to join our team. This hands-on role is essential to keeping our dealership running smoothly and ensuring our units and premises are well maintained and customer-ready.

Key Responsibilities
- Detail units including new sales units, new lot units, used units, and service units
- Maintain the building and yard as directed by the Service Manager
- Ensure lot vehicles are properly positioned prior to store opening and secured at the end of each day
- Move vehicles throughout the yard and prepare customer units for service
- Assist with un-crating and assembly of new ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, and personal watercraft
- Perform ground maintenance including snow removal, lawn care, and debris removal
- Support special projects and contribute to overall team efforts
- Complete internal housekeeping duties as required
- Clean company vehicles as needed
- Fulfill required training
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Forklift experience considered a strong asset
- Mechanical aptitude considered an asset
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
