🛠What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver high-quality service and repairs on new and used units
- Diagnose mechanical issues and identify potential warranty concerns
- Accurately document repairs using technology for warranty and accountability purposes
- Communicate warranty-related items to Service Consultants for claim processing
- Work closely with Service and Parts teams to ensure smooth workflow and parts availability
- Install accessories as outlined in work orders
- Perform quality control checks to ensure every unit meets our standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Complete required training and certifications while following Occupational Health & Safety best practices
- Support special projects and contribute to overall team success
- Perform other duties as required
🔍 What You Bring
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the workday
- A positive, team-player attitude that contributes to a strong workplace culture
- Eagerness to learn, complete training, and adapt in a fast-changing industry
- Previous experience in small engine, automotive, or powersports repair is preferred
- Experience as a Service Writer is considered a strong asset
- Moderate computer proficiency and strong organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to provide a Driver’s Abstract
