Go Powersports Limited is growing and is looking for a driven individual to join our team as a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Specialist at our Cobequid location!If you have a strong background in customer service, sales, or hospitality and are looking to transition into a rewarding career in the powersports industry, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do:
- Guide customers through financing and insurance options in a clear, professional, and engaging way
- Create exceptional customer experiences by building genuine connections and trust
- Work closely with the Sales Team to support customer needs and drive overall dealership success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive rates and programs
- Accurately process financing and leasing deals, ensuring all approvals and documentation are completed properly
- Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and company policies and regulations
- Support and educate the Sales Team on financing and insurance offerings
What we’re looking for:
- Strong background in customer service, sales, or hospitality (serving experience is a great fit!)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and confidently
- A personable, relationship-focused approach with a drive to succeed
- Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn — no previous F&I experience required, we will train the right candidate
